If you require hospital treatment under aGoodhealth policy, please contact our medical help line as soon as reasonably possible prior to admission giving full details of the condition, proposed treatment, including the dates, the name of the procedure (if known) together with the name of the specialist and hospital concerned. The medical helpline numbers are provided on the back of your membership card, or can be accessed by contacting the emergency numbers as listed, or through our claims offices below. |
