Below is summary of what to do if you need to claim. For further information and full details of our claims procedure click here. If you require hospital treatment under an Aetna Global Benefits (AGB) policy, please contact our International Member Service Centre as soon as reasonably possible prior to admission giving full details of the condition, proposed treatment, including the dates, the name of the procedure (if known) together with the name of the specialist and hospital concerned. The International Member Service Centre numbers can be accessed through our claims offices below. In the event of a true medical emergency or evacuation, you may also contact the Emergency Assistance Medical Helpline using the contact details found on Your AGB membership ID card. |
